Refund policy

Because every My Post Cap is 3D-printed to order, please double-check your post size (4x4 or 6x6) before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your cap arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint and reship at no charge.

Wrong Item Received If we sent the wrong design or size, we'll make it right immediately — just reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot cancel.
